Introduction:

ACT is Wales' largest work based learning provider. With established links throughout Wales, ACT provide quality training opportunities to people aged 16 to 64, whether employed or working full time. Through our dedicated training centres, ACT can teach you the skills wanted by employers or work closely with you and your employer to meet specific training requirements. ACT also provides training programmes to those unemployed people who are undecided on their occupational goal. These ‘preparation to work’ programmes operate within our dedicated training centres and incorporate training covering basic IT skills, life skills and basic skills.

Through our new training centre, the ACT Skills Academy, opportunities have been made available for training within Construction and Motor Vehicle Engineering.
