Job Overview: An opportunity has arisen for an Apprentice to work in a busy and dynamic Workforce and Organisational Development (OD) department at NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership.
The successful candidate will have an interest in helping to make a positive difference to NHS employees and will provide a key role in ensuring that the Workforce & Organisational Development team are providing an efficient service to the organisation. The role involves the provision of business administration support to the Workforce & Organisational Development team, organising learning events, preparing paperwork, supporting meetings, and working on a variety of projects to support the team.
The post-holder will be working towards their Level 2 Business and Administration Apprenticeship qualification, and as such will be given allocated time to complete the work required.
