You will be employed by’‘ Complete Business Solutions and undertake an Apprenticeship Programme, receiving support and guidance from an experienced Assessor to help you achieve Customer Service Level 2

Hours of Work: 35 hours

Days and Times of Work: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm with 1 hour lunch break

Salary:  National Minimum Apprentice Wage

Key Duties:  

  • Liaise with Customers both verbally and narratively.
  • Liaise with suppliers to meet deadlines
  • Learn to produce CAD plans
  • Provide support to the Sales Force
  • General Admin duties

Essential Requirements:  

  • GCSE Grade C English
  • GCSE Grade C Maths
  •  Proficient in Microsoft Office
