We’re looking for a HR Assistant to join our central people function. This role will play an integral role in supporting our teams across the UK through assisting with the roll out of HR initiatives.

This is a fantastic opportunity to get exposure to all areas of HR and work in a fast-paced, constantly changing industry with a team of experienced HR professionals. This opportunity is perfect for someone wanting to kick-start their career in HR.

Key Duties:  

  • Updating our systems ensuring data is up to date.
  • Assisting the HR Coordinator in managing holiday and absence administration
  • Assist with general system queries from employees
  • Creating freelancer agreements and liaising with freelancers through their onboarding experience
  • Updating HR policies as when required
  • Conducting HR information audits
  • Completing reference requests as part of employee onboarding
  • Providing cover for reception and facilities in our Cardiff office, acting as a 1st point of contact for facilities queries
  • Managing applications on our recruitment portal, arranging interviews, uploading new job ads to websites and advertising portals


  1. GCSE grade A-C in English and Maths
  2. Excellent communication skills
  3. High level literacy skills
  4. Good knowledge of Excel and Word
  5. Flexible and positive work ethic
  6. Adept at using technology and system

Desirable Requirements: 

The ability to communicate in Welsh is desirable
