Days and Times of Work: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
Salary: £5.00 per hour
Contract Duration: 13 months initially, with the possibility of it turning into a permanent position
Company Overview: Classic Sportswear is a family run business. The company was set up by former Cardiff City footballer Wayne Matthews and Wife Linda. Son Jay now runs the graphic design department and website. We have built up a company that has traditional values, excellent customer service and a complete in house manufacture, supply service that is second to none. We are unique in that the majority of our business over the past 15 years has been generated from recommendations from existing customers. We don't hard sell - how many companies can say the same? This is testament to the quality of service we bring to our customers.
Key Duties: This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to train in general administration work and to gain invaluable work experience. The successful candidate will work in a small office environment undertaking the following tasks: -
- Data inputting;
- Meeting and greeting clients;
- Booking carriers;
- Processing online payments;
- Dealing with email enquiries;
- Working on a variety of administrative projects.
Essential/Desirable Requirements: Applicants must: -
- Be aged between 16 and 19 years old;
- Be well presented;
- Have a good telephone manner;
- Have excellent IT skills.
