Course Objective

The purpose of this training is to develop understanding and ability of leading innovation and change as required by a practising or potential middle manager.

ILM qualifications offer a flexible way for individuals to gain international recognition of their skills and to help develop their career through the acquisition of new skills. More than half a million leaders and managers at all levels have improved their own performance and brought real benefits to their employers through ILM management programmes.

10 weeks [includes a ONE day workshop]

Course Delivery

One day interactive workshop, following this you will be required to submit an assignment within 10 weeks.
