How long will it take to
complete?
The course is structured over 8 weeks.
What is involved?
The course will be a mix of taught sessions and work experience at our cafe and training kitchen.
What will I gain from the access hospitality course?
You will gain hands on experience that will help you develop the skills needed to work within the hospitality industry. You will have help with job search and mock interviews to prepare you for the hospitality industry. Work experience will include customer service, food and beverage service, basic food preparation and cooking. You will also receive a certificate in CIEH food safety level 2 and a first aid certificate.
What happens after the 8 weeks?
After the 8 week course you will have the opportunity to attend a work placement for a further 16 weeks.
