ILM Unit:

8625-334 Level 3 Understanding and developing relationships in the workplace (CV2)

This workshop covers understanding the needs of others, how to meet and manage the expectations of others both in terms of needs and learning and development.

This one day workshop starts at 9:30am and finish at 16:30pm. Following the workshop, you will be required to submit an assignment within 6 weeks.
