THE LEVEL 2 PERSONAL LICENCE COURSE DOES NOT QUALIFY PARTICIPANTS TO BECOME A LICENSEE FOR LICENCED PREMISES.
This qualification is intended for participants working in or preparing to work in any industry that involves the retail sale of alcohol. This two day course will cover the legal responsibilities of a personal licence holder and cover subject matters such as the purpose and period of validity of a personal licence, the application process and legal duties of a personal licence and licensing law; particularly the main requirements of the Licensing Act 2003.
Participants will receive a L2 Personal Licence which will allow them to work in a licenced premises e.g. bar, pub, nightclub, hospitality and catering establishment, retail outlet where alcohol or alcohol related products are sold. Participants are able to serve and sell alcohol within licenced premises.
