As Wales’ leading training provider, ACT is committed to ensuring our learners receive consistently high services across the board throughout their learner journey.
To guarantee standards are maintained and learner satisfaction is paramount, each year we undertake a survey of our learners from the network across a variety of areas. Learners are asked questions regarding the support they receive, the information given to them, the facilities and equipment available to them as well as their overall rating of their provider.
ACT prides itself on its award-winning staff, strong support systems and top training facilities, and this continues to be reflected year on year in our survey results.
This year we had a record number of responses with 3171 learners completing our 2020 Learner Voice Survey (across the ACT Network). A huge increase of 797 learners from our previous 2019 survey.
With 21 partner organisations, 12 different Traineeship routes for 16-18-year-olds, and Apprenticeships and Higher Apprenticeships in over 30 different sectors, we have a diverse and varied range of learners of which we work hard to ensure we deliver high-quality and relevant training to. We are always striving to ensure our learners rate the service they receive as excellent. Although the results we have secured across the board are fantastic, we are committed to building upon these and look to any areas that learners feel could be further improved or developed.
