About this course

Our Level 3 Learning and Development Apprenticeship provides learners with the skills and knowledge needed to train others in the workplace and to support development of employees.

It focuses on the planning, delivery and evaluation of training methods and resources and provides the knowledge and skills that will lead to innovative and engaging learning for individuals and groups.

This programme is for candidates who train and support others in their workplace
and are looking to develop their skills and knowledge so they can provide high quality learning and development.

A typical candidate will have responsibilities for the development of individuals
and/or groups within the workplace. This might be as a trainer, a mentor or a
manager.

The individual may be working as part of a delivery team or organising learning in a variety of settings. The qualification is inclusive and therefore suitable for a wide range of work contexts.

Learners will be required to undertake a mixture of mandatory units and optional units (we will work with you to decide what optional units are relevant to your role, and your business).

Mandatory Units

  • Facilitate Learning and Development for Individuals.

This qualification will primarily be delivered through 1-to-1 sessions with a member of our delivery team, using a mixture of face-to-face and remote learning sessions.

Upon enrolment, learners are also allocated an assessor. Throughout the qualification, the assessor will visit the learner either at their workplace or remotely (for example, via Microsoft Teams) on a monthly basis, to support progress, observe and set tasks.

Learners are supported and encouraged throughout their qualification to reach their full potential in their chosen industry.

Future employment opportunities include:
