Its topics are regarded by the Foods Standards Agency as being important to maintaining good practice in the production of safe food.
This course is for you, if you work in a Restaurant, Takeaway, Pub, Cafe, Guest House, Hotel, School, Works Canteen, Nursery, Care Organisation or anywhere you are preparing and/or handling food. No previous food safety training is required to take this course.
