With the introduction of the new Foundation Phase programme, over the next 4 years 3800 extra teaching assistants are required in Welsh schools. If you work in a school as a Teaching Assistant then this course is perfect for you.

Our course gives you the opportunity to become a qualified Teaching Assistant. You will gain a comprehensive knowledge & a range of skills enabling you to take part in a wide variety of support activities in the classroom.

There will always be a need for Teaching Assistants & the job can often be a more personal experience than as a teacher, it’s a vital role in the classroom. You will have the opportunity to improve & develop your skills of working with children, helping them learn - a fulfilling & rewarding experience!
