ACT offer a qualification designed to develop those in the industry to strive, achieve and maintain service excellence. The course includes a full framework of both competency and knowledge based qualifications as well as essential Skill Wales in Communication and Application of Number. Learners undertake mandatory training to confirm knowledge of their organisations products and services and organisational procedures for dealing with customers.

Additional units studied can be tailored to meet specific job roles and are chosen from a broad spectrum of themes including impression and image, handling problems and improving the customer experience.

All learners following an Apprenticeship programme attend monthly workshops. These are usually held at our state of the art offices in central Cardiff and offer the opportunity for learners to share best practice with other industry professionals. The workshops allow time for completion of the core qualifications but also offer opportunities for training in areas such as gaining a competitive edge through customer service, dealing with change and contributing to customer service improvements.
